Villa15 Terms and Conditions
I. Reservation Confirmation
All reservations are not confirmed or considered “guaranteed” until a Full payments are received by villa15.com. And will not be considered “guaranteed” until a confirmation e-mail received from villa15.com.
II. Cancellations
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Cancellations made within 30 days or less of arrival will result in loss of all monies.Reservation dates and Property selection cannot be changed, doing be considered as a cancellation and the cancellation policy will apply.
III. Optional Travel Insurance
Villa15 recommends All Guests to purchase travel insurance such as GSA or others,if concerned about the possible interruption or cancellation of the reservation.
IV. Nature of Use
Guest is hereby granted a license to use the vacation rental Property. Guest acknowledges and agrees that no form of tenancy has been created pursuant to Turkish Statutes & Government law through Guest’s use of the Property.
V. Payment
All reservations has to pay fully at the time of reservation and prior to arrival.The payment must be made by credit card in the reservation lead Guest name. Villa15 must receive payment in full for Guest’s use of the Property at the agreed upon rate. Villa15 will not confirm any reservation unless payment in full has been received and the rental agreement has been signed.
VI. Age Requirement
Guests under the age of 21 unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian will not be permitted to rent or occupy any vacation rental home from villa15.com Any reservations made under false pretenses will result in of monies and removal from the Property.
VII. Agency of Villa15 Vacation Villas
Guest acknowledges and agrees that Villa15 acts as agent on behalf of the Owner of the Villa15 vacation Property for the purpose of reserving, renting and managing the use of the Property.
VIII. Prohibited Uses
Only the lead Guest and persons identified in the Rental Agreement as the Guest party may use or occupy the Property. Guests may not invite other persons to make use of the Property or the amenities related to such Property for any reason whatsoever. Smoking is NOT permitted in any vacation rental managed by villa15.com Failure to comply with Villa15 Villa’s non-smoking policy will result in a minimum €500 charge to the credit card on file. Pets are NOT permitted in any vacation rental managed by villa15.com Failure to comply Villa15 Villa’s no pet policy will result in a minimum €500 charge to the credit card on file. BBQ grills should only be used outside the home. Guests are responsible for using appropriate safety precautions in using grills on the Property, and shall be liable for all damages that may result from the misuse of any grill. Parents are solely responsible for supervising their children on the Property, including the pool, if applicable. Adult supervision is required at all times when children are using the pool.
IX. Check In / Check Out
On arrival please show a valid Passports or Photo ID and need to take photocopy (or screen shot) to provide to Local Authority by the Turkish Law.Guests may not be allowed property unless a valid Passports or picture ID is shown. No full or partial refunds will be given if access is denied to the property for not having valid picture ID at anytime during your stay. Check in at the property is 3:00 PM and not before, check out is no later than 10:00 AM. (If property is empty either arrival earlier of 3:00 PM or leave latter then 10:00 AM is not a problem) Guests may be charged if this is not adhered too or get permition by Villa15. Each Guest will receive their 3 set of key, which will allow access to the Property throughout your stay dates. Guest may proceed directly to the Property for check in. Failure to depart by 10:00 AM will result in additional charge to the credit card on file for a late check out (unless permitted by villa15)
X. Right to Refuse Occupancy and Removal of Guest
If Guest violates the terms and conditions of the Property occupancy, including, but not limited to; failure to check out of the Property at the time set fourth for the reservation, use of Property for unauthorized events or gatherings, causing damage to the Property, or engaging in prohibited use of the Property, and Guest fails to pay for or vacate the Property upon written or oral request by Villa15, Guest may be removed with the assistance Evrenseki law enforcement officer in compliance with rules of owning private property of Turkish Statutes. In the event a Guest fails to depart from the home for the next arriving Guest that day and having to move that Guest to another home, the departing Guest agrees to pay damages and cost incurred by villa15. reserves the right to refuse service to any Guest for any reason, provided, however, that such refusal shall not be based on race, creed, color, sex, physical disability or national origin.
XI.Unavoidable Catastrophes
There may be circumstances beyond our control, in which the Property might not be available for your reservation. Examples of these circumstances include, but are not limited to, destruction of Property, sale of Property, water, gas or sewage leaks, fires or any other damage to the Property making it inhabitable or potentially inhabitable. In such circumstances, Villa15 reserves the right to transfer the Guest to another vacation Property of reasonably comparable value, determined in the sole discretion of Villa15’s Villas, whose determination shall be final. If these alternative arrangements are not acceptable to the Guest, then Villa15 will refund 100% of all monies paid. If the Guest accepts the alternative accommodation, they also agree to re-locate back to the original Property when it is deemed habitable by villa15 will not be responsible for any other costs connected with any such cancellation what-soever arising.
XII. Furnishings and Linens
Furnishings of the Property are subject to change without notice. Furniture, bedding, utensils, or any other items supplied with the Property must not be taken out of or transferred from one Property to another. Loss of any Property items, as well as damage to the Property items or furnishings in excess of normal wear, will be charged to the Guest. Moving furniture inside the Property is strictly forbidden. A basic supply of linens is provided in each Property. Bed linen and bath towels are not changed during your stay unless a daily maid service or additional Property clean is scheduled and paid for. Each Property will have a startup kit upon each Guest arrival. The startup kit of hand soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap and trash bags are not replenished.
XIII. Cleaning
Daily maid service is not provided and it is the responsibility of the Guest to maintain the cleanliness of the Property during the reservation. At the end of a Guest’s stay the home will be cleaned by a professional cleaning staff. This will include washing bed linens, towels, and dishes, as well as vacuuming and sanitizing the kitchen, bathrooms, living room, and bedrooms.Guests are required to leave the home in a comparable condition as to how it was found, and Guests are responsible for picking up and bagging all trash in the Property. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee that will be charged to the Guest’s credit card on file.
XIV. Indemnification
Guest hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Villa15 harmless for injuries or other losses to the Guest and/or other persons that may occur in connection with the Guest’s use of the Property. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold Villa15 harmless for any Property information errors due or changes due to maintenance or the Owner’s removal or addition of items from the Property. We have made every effort to ensure that all information on Villa15 website is correct and accurate.
XV. Damages and Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW)
Villa15 does not have any accidental Damage coverage or insurance, any damage has to be cover by Guest or Guest insurance policy.
XVI. Pool/Spa Terms & Conditions
Pool and spa heat is NOT included in the total cost of a reservation. If you have not requested pool heat, but would like to add this option to your reservation, please contact our Reservations team at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Most pools will take 24 hours to heat from the time they are turned on. Pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components, which can sometimes malfunction. Guests are required to inform us as soon as possible if a pool/spa is not working properly. Compensation for malfunctioning heaters are based on a case to case review and is at the sole discretion of villa15.com We will do everything in its power to resolve any problems with malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible.
Please Note: Pool does not have child safety fences. All Guest are responsible of the child safety
XVII. Parking Policy
our vacation home will not allow cars to be parked in front on the streets, in order to ensure proper access for emergency vehicles and waste management vehicles. villa15.com requires that all vehicles must be parked in the driveway where available. Additional parking can be found in designated areas within the Seki Village. RVs, commercial vans, buses and trailers are NOT permitted at any property and will be towed at the Guest’s expense. The Villa15 also has the right to tow any vehicles found to be in violation of Village parking regulations. and/or vehicles parked on the street. Villa15 is in no way responsible or liable for any vehicles towed during a Guest’s stay. If there is not enough parking at the vacation Property, please contact our Reservations team who can assist you with an appropriate solution for your stay.
XVIII. Credit Card Authorization
The Guest is providing credit card details as a guarantee of payment to villa15.com Guest accepts all terms and conditions of the rental agreement and accepts all liability for rent and charges related to Property rental, as well as any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the term of the vacation rental. Guest understands that these costs will be charged to the credit card on file. The initial full deposit payment must be made by credit card in the reservation lead Guest name. This Guest alone is liable for all payments and damages on a reservation and is fully responsible for the full reservation and charges.
